Volleyball

Volleyball is a highly active sport that requires the athlete to jump, swing, and dive. With the amount of agility required to play at a high level, there are also a number of different injuries that can occur. Ankle sprains, knee, back and shoulder injuries are some of the most common.

Motion Stability works with club teams as well as collegiate, high school and recreational players to ensure that their injuries are at a minimum and that their return to play is optimized. We understand the mechanics, strength, and agility required for the specific positions on the court. Whether it be hitter, blocker, setter, or libero, Motion Stability is able to prepare the player to move, swing, and jump the way they need to in order to play this energetic sport.
