Jonathan Morrow
PT, DPT
Jonathan received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in December of 2025 following completion of his B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from UAB in 2022. Jonathan also earned a “Graduate Certificate in Primary Care Physical Therapy for Underserved Populations” at UAB, as he is passionate about PTs utilizing their “primary care” skillset to empower diverse communities through health literacy, improved access, and wellness promotions.
Jonathan is an Atlanta native, raised in Mableton, Georgia. Growing up playing basketball year-round, Jonathan was a frequent physical therapy patient due to sports-related injuries. While this was how he first fell in love with PT, he draws from these experiences and can empathize with what it’s like to be in a patient’s shoes while walking with you on the road to recovery. Clinically speaking, Jonathan is especially interested in general orthopedics, chronic pain, sports-related injuries, and neurological rehabilitation. Jonathan plans to continue furthering his education through a Residency in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and various certifications demonstrating his commitment to excellent, high-value care.
Outside of treating patients, you may still find Jonathan playing recreational basketball and staying active through training and competing in HYROX fitness races. In his down time, Jonathan has always loved learning and experimenting with all things creative media from graphic design to videography to music; so be sure to ask him what project he’s working on next whenever you see him!
