FOR CLINIC APPOINTMENTS

We are asking patients to only come for a physical visit if the following criteria apply:

  • No current signs, symptoms, or risk factors related to coronavirus.
    • The CDC lists the following as symptoms of COVID-19:
      • Fever
      • Cough
      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
      • Chills
      • Repeated shaking with chills
      • Muscle pain
      • Headache
      • Sore throat
      • New loss of taste or smell

If any of the above statements do not apply to you, then we kindly ask that you do not come into the clinic until you are cleared to do so per the CDC guidelines.

FURTHER GUIDELINES / STEPS FOR THE APPOINTMENT VISIT

If you are able to come to the clinic, here are some parameters we would like for you to follow, as well as guidelines we have set up to ensure further safety:

  • For patients that previously waited in their cars to be called to come in for their appointment, we have instead opened our waiting room and patients may now come upstairs when they arrive at the 550 building for their appointment.
  • Patients must wear masks in the clinic waiting room and in the building lobby and elevators.
  • Patients who have been fully vaccinated and show their vaccine card to their therapist may remove their masks while in the gym and private treatment rooms.
  • We will continue to implement social distancing and temperature screens and will continue to utilize our air purifiers.

If you are unable to leave your home, but would like to consult with a physical therapist, we are offering telehealth rehabilitation.  Please contact us to inquire about those sessions [email protected].
